Wethenew Family loyalty programme
Preamble
The "Wethenew Family" loyalty programme is developed by the company "WETHENEW", a simplified joint stock company with capital of €1298, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 838122034, whose registered office is located at 18, rue Edouard Nieuport, 92150 Suresnes.
The current general terms and conditions set out the terms and conditions for participating in the programme, which allows you to accumulate points giving access to benefits. Your registration with the Wethenew Family loyalty programme automatically implies your full acceptance of these terms and conditions without reservation.
Subject
The Wethenew family loyalty programme aims to reward our loyal customers by offering them exclusive advantages when purchasing products available on the site. This programme enables customers to accumulate points and unlock rewards as their loyalty increases. It is valid only for purchases made on the www.wethenew.com website and in Wethenew physical shops.
Joining the loyalty programme
Membership of the Wethenew Family programme is automatic when you create an account on our website or subscribe to our newsletter. This is how you start to accumulate points.
Each e-mail address can only be used once to submit a membership application.
The Member is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of registration. Any changes to data, with the exception of the e-mail address, can be made using the online access form. If your e-mail address changes, please contact our customer service department.
Statutes
Wethenew classifies members into four different statuses according to the number of points accumulated.
Basic (Accessible as soon as the account is created and the newsletter is subscribed to) :
1 euro spent = 1 point earned.
Reward: A €10 promotional code.
Essential (650 points):
1 euro spent = 1 point earned.
Reward: A €15 voucher code.
Premium (1100 points):
1 euro spent = 1 point earned.
Reward: A €15 voucher code.
Privilege (5,500 points):
1 euro spent = 1 point earned
Reward: Dedicated whatsapp line, personal shopper, access to the concierge service.
Points credit
Points are credited 17 days after the purchase.
Points earned can be exchanged for promotional codes by converting points in the "Loyalty programme" section of the customer account.
250 points : €5 promotional code
500 points : 10 discount code
750 points : 15€ promo code
1000 points : 20 discount code
Duration
Points :
When the customer makes a purchase, the durability period of all points is reset to 12 months. Otherwise, points are valid for one year.
Promotional tier code:
When customers reach a level, they are eligible for a promotional code specific to their level, which will be sent to them directly by e-mail as soon as they reach the level. This promotional code is valid for 1 year.
Promotional codes obtained by converting points:
When a customer converts their points into promotional codes, the promotional code is valid for 4 months.
Protection of personal data
We attach great importance to the protection of personal data. By joining the we the new family loyalty programme, you consent to our collection, use and storage of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The we the new family loyalty programme requires the member to provide the following information:

Date of birth is also requested, but remains optional.
In accordance with the rules relating to the protection of personal data, as defined by the regulations in force (in particular the European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data in force since 25 May 2018 and the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended), Wethenew Family members have the following rights:
The right to access, correct, delete and transfer their personal data.
The right to limit the processing of their data.
The right to object to the processing of their data for commercial prospecting purposes.
The right to define directives concerning the management of their data after their death.
The right to object to profiling.
The right to withdraw their consent at any time for processing based on their consent, by sending a request by e-mail to [email protected].
In addition, Members may submit a complaint to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés ("CNIL").
Termination by the Member
If you no longer wish to benefit from the Wethenew family programme, simply contact our Customer Service Department from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm on 01 82 28 59 29, or write to us by e-mail at help@wethenew.
As a result of your deregistration, you will no longer benefit from the offers of the loyalty programme, without any financial compensation. Communications relating to the loyalty programme will no longer be sent to you, although you will continue to receive our news.
Termination by wethenew
Wethenew reserves the right to revoke the membership of the Wethenew Family Programme of any Member in the event of non-compliance with the terms and obligations set out in these Regulations, abuse of the associated benefits, services or offers, payment incident, fraud or attempted fraud by the Member on the Wethenew Internet Site.
Modification of the "Wethenew Family" programme
The Wethenew Family Programme may be subject to adjustments, particularly with regard to the criteria for accumulating points and the benefits offered to loyal members. If such changes were to occur, they would lead to an update of the Regulations. Wethenew will take care to notify its members electronically. In the event of termination of the loyalty programme, Wethenew will give its members one month's notice.
Applicable law
These current regulations are subject to French law. Any disagreement that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the court in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
