Guaranteed delivery before the festive season
Remember these two dates to make sure you receive your order in time for the festive season:
10 December: This is the deadline for placing a standard order and getting your gift under the tree in time.
December 19: For all orders shipped in Europe, this is the deadline to place your order by Express 48 hours and be sure to be delivered before Christmas. Your product, already in stock in our warehouse, will be sent as soon as you place the order.
December 20: For all orders shipped in mainland France, this is the deadline to place your order by Express 48 hours and be sure to be delivered before Christmas. Your product, already in stock in our warehouse, will be sent as soon as you place the order.

Extended return times
In this festive season, we are delighted to inform you that our return times have been exceptionally extended. For all orders received between 17 November and 23 December, you have until 2 January 2024 to make a return.
For orders received outside these dates, the standard return period is 14 calendar days.
