The young prodigy of French fashion Jacquemus draws inspiration from his Mediterranean roots to create minimalist pieces with clean lines. The secret to his success? A mix between truly technical pieces and his attachment to tradition and premium materials. This blend of modernity and refinement is naturally reflected in his collaborations with the equipment supplier Nike.
Air Humara Nike Jacquemus
Here, nothing is left to chance: from the midsole wrapped in synthetic suede to the oversized lace tips and the bold metal Swoosh, every detail of this has been crafted with precision. So much so that it can also be found in the sneakers homme section. The designer kept the technical features of the Air Humara, a pair originally designed for trail running, maintaining the Air cushioning in the heel and forefoot, giving the sensation of walking on a cloud. The ultimate trendy silhouette, it comes in three recurring colorways from the Simon Porte Jacquemus universe: Beige, Brown, and Pink.
Air Force 1 Jacquemus aka J Force 1
Timeless model, the Nike Air Force 1 has also been reworked by Simon Porte Jacquemus. The designer transformed this iconic pair by merging it with another of his favorite models: the Nike ACG Terra. The result: a minimalist pair with outdoor accents, designed and conceived as a city shoe.
Available in two colorways, White and Black, the Nike JF1 features a smooth leather and mesh upper, accompanied by a woven detail on the midsole and a waffle outsole. The metallic dubraes Silver ones feature the inscription "JF1". As seen on the Air Humara, the signature detail of this collaboration is present: a subtle metallic Swoosh. Jacquemus himself recommends pairing this sneaker with summer suits and dresses.
