Deliveries guaranteed before the holidays
Keep these dates in mind to ensure your order arrives in time for the holidays:
December 10th:This is the deadline for a standard order if you want to slip your gift under the tree in time.
December 19th:For any order shipped within Europe, this is the deadline to place your order with Express 48h delivery and be sure to receive it before Christmas. Your product, already in stock in our warehouse, will be shipped as soon as you place your order.
December 20th:For all orders shipped within mainland France,this is the deadline to place your order with Express 48h delivery and be sure to receive it before Christmas. Your product, already in stock in our warehouse, will be shipped as soon as you place your order.

Extended return deadlines
During this festive season, we are pleased to inform you that our return deadlines are exceptionally extended. For any order received betweenNovember 17th and December 23rd, you have untilJanuary 2nd, 2024to make a return.
For orders received outside these dates, the standard return window is 14 calendar days.
And don't forget, your product must be returned with the following items: original box, accessories andmost importantly the security seal still attached.
