Daily Paper
Daily Paper: a new streetwear icon
Daily Paper is a streetwear clothing brand founded in 2012 in Amsterdam by three friends of African descent: Hussein Suleiman, Jefferson Osei and Abderrahmane Trabsini. First launched as a blog devoted to fashion and culture, Daily Paper quickly became a benchmark in European streetwear, combining African cultural heritage with contemporary aesthetics.
Daily Paper clothing has won over a wide audience thanks to its rich inspirations and its attention to detail. It has been seen on artists such as Jorja Smith, Wizkid, Burna Boy and Skepta, helping to build its international reputation.
In 2021 the brand took an important step with the opening of its first physical store in Amsterdam, a space conceived as a place of culture blending art, fashion and community.
T-shirts, hoodies: the essential Daily Paper pieces
Daily Paper offers a wardrobe that is both assertive and accessible. You will find streetwear basics such as hoodies, oversized T-shirts and technical jackets, often decorated with geometric patterns or messages drawn from African cultures. Among the flagship pieces, the hoodie embroidered with the Daily Paper logo, the varsity jackets and the cargo sets are particularly sought after.
The colours used move between neutral tones such as beige and black and more vibrant shades such as red, yellow and green, in tribute to African flags. Every piece is designed to fit a modern urban look while telling a story.
Daily Paper stands out for its ability to bring identity, creativity and inclusivity together. Much like brands such as Patta or Off-White, it belongs to a generation of labels that use streetwear as a vehicle for culture and for making a point.
