Akro
Akro: niche perfumes that put our addictions in a bottle
Akro shake it up niche perfumery by transforming everyday pleasures and addictions — coffee, tobacco, whiskey, etc. — into bold and unisex eau de parfum. Unexpected notes, high-end materials and an instantly recognizable signature make this house a choice of character for those who want to wear their desires next to the skin.
The history of the Akro house
Akro — from the French “addict” — is a niche perfume house founded in 2018 by Anaïs Cresp and her father Olivier Cresp, master perfumer at Firmenich known in particular for Angel by Mugler. Based in London and anchored in Grasse, the brand starts from a radical idea: capturing modern addictions and pleasures rather than classic flowers and fruits. Each creation is designed as a unisex olfactory snapshot, like Smoke, around blond tobacco, or Rise, a solar homage to summer.
