Sell your products to Wethenew
Visit the Seller Space at[email protected]. Create an account or sign in. To be able to sell, you must fill in your personal information, along with at least one address and one payment method.
To list one or more products for sale, you need to list the products you own and wish to sell to us.
Once your products are listed, all you have to do is check our offers and confirm your sales in real time from the "Offers" tab in the Seller Space. On top of that, if your product interests us, you'll also receive an email notification to let you know.
To finalize the sale, you must be the first to accept the offer and then confirm its conditions from the Seller Space. This action confirms that you accept the offer and that you have the product available to ship to us or drop off at l'Annexe within 2 business days. If you were quick enough, you'll receive a sale confirmation email with the necessary documents and information. You can find all accepted offers in the "Sales" tab.
Otherwise, you can decline an offer we send you and let us know the reason for your refusal: either your product is no longer available or the price offered doesn't suit you."
Our buyback price depends on the model, its size and its current value on the market.
Our team makes sure that all products received are genuine and never worn.
We only process exchanges on products that were ordered from Wethenew.
You can request to exchange your order within 14 calendar days after receiving it. To do so, please visit our returns portal (accessible right here) making sure to follow the return and exchange conditions.
