Shipping & delivery
We deliver our products to your home via Chronopost. Our order processing times are 5 to 10 business days on average (excluding weekends and public holidays) for mainland France, and 5 to 10 business days on average for orders outside mainland France.
Products marked "EXPRESS 48H" are delivered to your home within a maximum of two business days. This means they are already at our premises and have already been inspected and authenticated by our experts. If you order one of these products, the parcel will reach you within two business days. If the order is placed after 5:00 PM, the product will be shipped the next day.
Every product ordered on Wethenew is sourced individually from our network of partner resellers based on the orders placed.
If your order contains multiple products, they will be shipped individually based on the date they arrive at our premises, so you can receive them as quickly as possible.
After placing your order on our site, an email containing your order number is sent to you. If the product you ordered is not in our Paris stock, we search for it within our European reseller network . Once the product is found, it is shipped to our premises, received, then authenticated and inspected by our team. After successfully passing our authentication process, it is placed back in its original packaging, then wrapped in our packaging and shipped. You will then receive an email with a tracking number that will let you follow its progress.
After receiving this email, delivery will take place within the following 2 business days. If you're not home on delivery day, Chronopost will offer to reschedule delivery for the next business day.
We deliver in France and in the French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM).

From your "My Account" area, your order status remains as "being processed" until it is delivered. Once your product has successfully passed our inspection process, it is placed back in its original packaging, wrapped in our packaging and then shipped by DHL. You will then receive an email containing a link with a tracking number that lets you follow its progress. After you receive this email, delivery takes place within the following 2 business days. For home delivery, if you're not home on delivery day, DHL may offer to reschedule delivery for the next business day.
Delays may be exceeded depending on circumstances or on the carrier. If so, don't hesitate to contact us by phone or WhatsApp at +33 1 82 28 59 29 or by filling in a contact form via this link. For faster handling of your request, have your 5-digit order number (preceded by a hashtag) ready — you can find it in your order confirmation email.
If you haven't yet received your tracking number from our carrier DHL, it means your order has not yet been shipped and is on its way to our premises or undergoing authentication. As soon as it's handed over to our carrier DHL, you'll automatically receive an email containing the tracking number along with a link to follow its progress.
