Every product we ship comes with an authenticity card and a certifying seal and guaranteeing the quality and authenticity of the product. Before reaching your hands, they are inspected by our experts who verify their authenticity.
All products come directly from our network of partner resellers — individuals and professionals in Europe. They have no defects and are delivered in their original box along with all accessories.
Here's the full story: these products release in limited quantities and go out of stock in stores and on traditional websites within a very short time.
Our mission : to give you access to these products, fully authentic, in complete safety. To achieve this, we work in partnership with a network of partner resellers — both individuals and professionals across Europe — to source these products for you, even after their release.
When products arrive at our premises, they pass through the hands of our experts who verify their authenticity. Each product is meticulously examined: the labels, the stitching, the accessories, the packaging, the smell. Every detail is scrutinized to guarantee you the authenticity of the product you receive.
Once received at our premises, the products sent by our partner resellers are inspected by our team before being shipped to you. If the product perfectly meets our quality standards, we add a Wethenew seal.
We add one seal per product: if the product is a pair of sneakers, there will be a seal on one shoe only.
This seal lets you know that the product has indeed been inspected and shipped by our team.
In case of a return, it also helps us confirm that the product is the one we originally sent you.
Please note :you mustnot remove the seal before you are absolutely sure you won't be returning the product, otherwise your return request will be refused.

After successfully passing our process of inspection and authentication , your product is placed back in its original packaging and we add a seal to your product before returning it to its original packaging, in which we slip an authenticity card signed by the team member who carried out the check, as a guarantee.
