How to make a return at Wethenew?
Deadlines
You have a 14-day window from the day you receive your order to submit your return request via our returns portal.
Items
Returned items may be tried on but must never have been worn.
Security Seal
The security seal must not be removed: it ensures that the returned product is indeed the one we sent you.
Original Packaging
Your product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all its accessories (laces, etc.).
Return Form
The return form you receive by email must be included in the return parcel. Any parcel received without a return form cannot be processed by our team.
Shipping Box
You must protect the product and its packaging with the original shipping box or another shipping box suitable for this purpose. We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product and/or its packaging come back to us damaged.
Please note:if you received a defective product or one different from what you ordered, do not submit a return request via the returns portal.Contact our customer service team directly by filling in the contact form.
PROCÉDURE DE RETOUR – CORSE
Les frais de retour pour la Corse s’élèvent à 10,90€. Ce montant, ainsi que les frais d'expédition initiaux, seront directement déduits de votre remboursement une fois votre retour traité par notre équipe. Vous serez ensuite remboursé dans un délai de 48H à 72H sur le moyen de paiement utilisé pour effectuer votre commande.
Si vous choisissez d’effectuer un échange, vous recevrez par e-mail une carte cadeau d’une valeur égale à votre commande initiale (hors frais de retour) afin de passer une nouvelle commande.
Si votre retour est refusé, vous en serez informé.e par e-mail dans un délai de 7 jours à compter de la réception de votre retour par notre équipe. Nous pourrons alors vous renvoyer le produit à l’adresse indiquée lors de votre commande, à vos frais.
