How to make a return at Wethenew?
Deadlines
You have a 14-day window from the day you receive your order to submit your return request via our returns portal.
Items
Returned items may be tried on but must never have been worn.
Security Seal
The security seal must not be removed: it ensures that the returned product is indeed the one we sent you.
Original Packaging
Your product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all its accessories (laces, etc.).
Return Form
The return form you receive by email must be included in the return parcel. Any parcel received without a return form cannot be processed by our team.
Shipping Box
You must protect the product and its packaging with the original shipping box or another shipping box suitable for this purpose. We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product and/or its packaging come back to us damaged.
Please note:if you received a defective product or one different from what you ordered, do not submit a return request via the returns portal.Contact our customer service team directly by filling in the contact form.
RETURN PROCEDURE – MAINLAND FRANCE
The return shipping fee for mainland France is 4,90€. This amount, along with the original shipping fees, will be directly deducted from your refund once your return has been processed by our team. You will then be refunded within 48 to 72 hours to the payment method used to place your order.
If you choose to make an exchange, you will receive a gift card by email worth the value of your original order (excluding return shipping fees) so you can place a new order.
If your return is refused, you will be notified by email within 7 days from the receipt of your return by our team. We can then ship the product back to the address you provided when placing your order, at your expense.

RETURN PROCEDURE – BELGIUM & LUXEMBOURG
The return shipping fee for Belgium and Luxembourg is7,90€. This amount, along with the original shipping fees, will be directly deducted from your refund once your return has been processed by our team. You will then be refunded within 48 to 72 hours to the payment method used to place your order.
If you choose to make an exchange, you will receive a gift card by email worth the value of your original order (excluding return shipping fees) so you can place a new order.

If your delivery address is in the French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM) or Monaco, you must submit your request via our returns portal within 14 days from the receipt of your order. Return shipping fees are at your expense via the carrier of your choice. Once your return has been accepted by our team, you will receive your refund within48H. If you have chosen to make an exchange, you will receive a gift card by email worth the value of your original order.
